PARKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By parking the vehicle in the car park, customers agree to the following:

• Full and complete payment of parking fees will be paid before exit.
• The ticket is to be kept with customer at all times.
• In case of any accident or incident, the Security Personnel will be alerted immediately.
• Parking over 48 hours in the car park will lead to towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense of AED 200 per day.
• Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
• Management is not responsible for any damage, loss or injury to property or person suffered in the car park.
• Management holds the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at it’s discretion.
• Loss of ticket will lead to a charge of AED 150.
